At Aurora Classics (operated by Óscar Flores Poveda), we aim to provide transparent, reliable, and secure shipping for our customers in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

1. Shipping Destinations & Rates

  • Coverage: We ship exclusively to addresses within Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

  • Shipping Fee: FREE Standard Shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

  • Taxes & Customs Duties: All prices displayed at checkout are final. Applicable sales tax (USA), Value Added Tax (VAT for the UK), or Goods and Services Tax (GST for Australia and New Zealand) is calculated transparently during checkout. There are no hidden delivery fees or unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines Estimated total delivery time is calculated as follows:

  • Order Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Transit Time: 7 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8 to 13 business days.

3. Order Tracking Once your order has dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your shipping tracking number and tracking link. You can monitor the progress of your delivery at any time using this link.

4. Address Corrections & Delivery Issues Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@auroraclassics.nz. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address and are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your tracking states that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your premises or contact your local carrier. For additional support, email our customer service team.
