We deliver to customers located in New Zealand and Australia.
- Standard Shipping Fee: FREE shipping on all orders.
- Taxes & Customs: Customs duties and local taxes (including GST where applicable) are handled prior to delivery. The final order amount shown at checkout is the complete price you pay, with no unexpected delivery fees.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Transit Time: 7 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8 to 13 business days.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package has dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your shipping tracking number and tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your shipment at any time.
4. Delivery Issues & Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
